The JJA Group's digital transformation is based on a number of strategic initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and competitiveness in a rapidly changing sector. As part of this, the Group decided to invest in a DAM solution to bring together all the content connected to a product repository.
Activo was approached to assist with the implementation of the DAM, which was chosen on the basis of the Keepeek solution. Close collaboration with the JJA project team, led by Image Director Mouna Curzi, enabled the solution to be made available after just 6 months.
The migration of visuals, the implementation of scripts to retrieve product information and an advanced taxonomy enable each content item to be described in the best possible way, via personalized and relevant notices. 350 users can easily find content in the BO via a classification plan associated with their searches. The JJA DAM is now part of a wider ecosystem, at the heart of which it distributes content via a CDN. A set of permissions and restrictions enables users to access the Group's audiovisual heritage through the Keepeek solution or any other interface to which it is connected.
The Keepeek solution promotes collaborative working through a complete set of tools for creating collections, sharing or downloading the right media for the right use. Employees benefited from a communication and training program provided by Activo, which continues today with an Activo resource present on JJA's premises for the past 3 years.
